For peak wedding months, we recommend securing your date at least 8–12 months in advance. Some dates book quickly, especially Saturdays in spring and fall. Unlike most bakeries, we do limit our deliveries to ensure the best quality product to all our customers. If you are worried about your date filling up, a $50 deposit will secure your delivery spot with the bakery and ensure that we are available for your big day!!

Yes. We offer wedding tastings by appointment so you can sample popular flavors and talk through design, servings, budget and logistics. Tastings are typically scheduled on select days. Pricing is based on the number of servings, your chosen flavors and fillings, and the complexity of your design (hand-piping, fondant work, sugar flowers, metallic accents, etc.). We work with a wide range of budgets and are happy to suggest ways to get the look you want while staying within your price point.

Bake Me Happy delivers to venues throughout the Triad, including Madison, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Southern Virginia and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are based on distance and setup time and will be included in your custom quote.

During our consultations, the bride and groom get the opportunity to try samples of our most popular flavors. If you have any photographs of cakes that you enjoy, color swatches, or any other elements that you would like to incorporate in the design of your cake, bring those with you. If you have any cake-related food allergies, please let us know. Our wedding cake consultant will design out your dream cake and provide a price quote for your desserts. Our tastings usually last around forty-five minutes. We recommend that no more then two or three people attend our tastings. Bake Me Happy understands that wedding planning is a very exciting time but having more people at a consultation typically draws out the decision-making process. If you would like to have more then three people at your tasting, please call ahead of time and ensure we have enough room and samples for your guests, a fee may occur.

Please arrive on time for your consultation as we often schedule our tastings back to back and wouldn't want to have to cut your time short.

To officially reserve your date, we require a non-refundable retainer of $50. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event. Up until that two week point, feel free to adjust your needs/desires as you see fit. This allows for plenty of time after receiving your RSVPs to finalize your quote. Because we take a limited number of weddings per weekend, dates are reserved on a first-come, first-booked basis.

YES!! We have a selection of stands and display pieces available to rent. If you’d like us to style your dessert table, let us know during your consultation so we can include stand rental and setup in your quote. You don’t have to! Instead of freezing your top tier for a year, Bake Me Happy offers a complimentary 6" anniversary cake on your one-year anniversary. That means you can serve your whole cake on the wedding day and come back to us for a fresh celebratory cake later.

We offer a wide range of cake, filling and icing combinations – from classic vanilla and chocolate to specialty flavors like red velvet, lemon, almond, spice and seasonal options. During your tasting, we’ll go over available flavors and help you choose combinations that fit your tastes and your guests.

The best way to begin is by filling out our Wedding & Event Inquiry form with your date, venue, estimated guest count and a few inspiration photos. From there, we’ll confirm availability, provide a starting quote and schedule a tasting or consultation.

For sure!! While we do not recommend this for a larger cake, if you are planning a smaller cake or a cutting cake and cupcakes, picking up your wedding cake is a wonderful way to save some money!!
